Contemplative Meditation can be summed up very briefly by saying that you keep quiet and let God flow in. When the mind is quiet and the heart attentive, God has a way of giving you spiritual light and love. After a while you will find that you are calmer in day to day occurences, that you can cope more easily with the problems of life, that you worry less and enjoy life more.
Intreagued? Why not join Vicki and let her be your guide.

ALL ROADS LEAD TO UNION
Union Church is “On the Road, again!” After the roaring success of the musical event Road To Joy last fall, hundreds of West Islanders are poised to see how Union Church can ‘top’ that, this Spring, in a 90 minute concert called Road To Hope: A Celebration for Earth Day. It will open Thursday April 26, for a 3 show run. Patti Murphy, Producer of the event is calling it: “an Earth Day inspired performance that is part tribal rhythms, part spectacle, mostly music and all magic!”
Under the musical direction of composer/arranger Pierre Gallant, the Road To Hope will weave mythical legends through an exuberant mix of live music set against a backdrop of big-screen nature visuals. The entire production will be performed under the wings of 1000 origami paper cranes! Folded from recycled paper, of course.
THE MUSIC is largely inspired by Missa Gaia/Earth Mass by Paul Winter, and African Sanctus by David Fanshawe with additional jazz, blues, folk and gospel selections. There will be a 20 voice choir, 5 soloists, a 5 piece band, (Piano, Bass, Guitar, Drums, Saxophone) and a Djembe Drummer.
